Sheesh! After which we went to bed and went to sleep right away, too. No way we're going to go out on New Years Eve with the smoke making visibility difficult on the crowded roads. Besides, we had to get up early to start our New Years Day food preparation the following morning. Home is best for us for New Years!Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07461569436322815787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1578874697160208604.post-34516804282478658422009-01-05T19:50:00.000-06:002009-01-05T19:50:00.000-06:00New Year's Eve isn't anything big for me. At midnight I went upstairs, we made a toast and returned to what we had been doing. Since we got rid of the Cable company (rates outrageous) we pretty much depend on movies from Netflix or books -- it's really not a bad way to go. But it was quiet, peaceful -- I don't really miss all the hoopla of the past times. Hope you have a great and positive year!Sylvia Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05484577678585907669noreply@blogger.com
