Just came back from my Recreation Dept.'s annual Easter Egg Hunt, which is open to the public. Although we've tried to advise the Boss that hunting one group after another isn't well thought out, we just point at her when we get the usual complaints about folks having to wait.
This year, however, some woman from the crowd asked why they didn't just go ahead and line up the 7-9 year olds as staff was already heading their way. When 2 staff members did, she yelled "Go!" and sent the kids scrambling. Then she got in her car and left. One parent said she was mad because she had to wait. The worst part was the Boss made the kids give the eggs back so we could HIDE THEM ALL OVER AGAIN. Don't know who was more irate...us or the kids.
So focusing on the true spirit of the season...hope you and yours have a Happy Easter!
OMG...I think I had the similar issues at my son's little league games! Why do the powers that be have to muck things up!!!! Too much much micro management. If I find the website for bunny poo, I will send it to you! HA HA Have a Happy Easter
I love that one too. Thanks for the comments on my blog. I will have to look to see what kind of camera it is. All I know is I got a great deal buying a reconditioned one on line.
Happy Easter & Passover & Spring and whatever else we've all got, Peggy! Sorry I'm late with the wishes--I've had a terrible time with the Google reader and comments. Never missed a post, just couldn't answer!
And a very Happy Easter to you, Peggy! Have a beautiful day! Much love and big hugs to you!
