Microfiction Monday #7

Welcome to Microfiction Monday,
where a picture paints 140 characters.

Susan over at Stonyriver hosts Microfiction Monday.

The rules are simple,to use Susan's picture she posts then compose a story up to 140 characters including spaces and punctuation.
Then hop on over to Susan's and leave your name. She even has a brilliant character counter to help us count.
As Susan promises, it's fast, it's fiction, it's fun.

The troll waits for Hermione under the stone bridge,
he won't miss his chance again.
He will have his reward and Potter will die!

    There you go again, leaving a great comment!
    When I saw the under part of the bridge, I immediatly saw someone lurking there. Way my mind works, I guess!

  9. Larry;

    Our minds seem to be set on something scary under the bridge. Your red eyes fit my troll to a T.
    This is expertis!

    Kay;

    Thank you, I know that you read HP, like I did. Have a great week!

    Southlakemom;

    Thank you, I usually go with my first impression. Sometimes that can be good and sometimes maybe not! But it's all just fun!

  10. well since I haven't read the Potter books. Here's my take, used the word counter and it's 139 words. Coming out from under the dark bridge, they expected to see trolls but none were in sight. What a disappointment, but the day was overcast.

    You're right, dark, wet places scare me!

  15. Ha! I thought of trolls, too. We have a single story of what's under a bridge from childhood.

  16. OMG, Poor Hermione -- at least he didn't come after her in the *toilet* again ROFL

    Bridges and trolls do go together -- but I never expected Harry at all. Excellent!

  17. First50;

    Trolls are from my childhhod, a fear of scary places and Rumpelstiltkin for example!
    Nice that we tell a different side of the troll theme. That's waht makes it fun for me!

  18. The toilet scene was where my trolls brother was trying to attack Hermione. Harry came to her rescue then, but under the bridge was going to be a dfferent story.
    Actually, I know the end of this story too, Hermione did the troll in all by herself. She is quite the wonder women and she knows majic! A very well rounded girl it seems!
    I have so much fun doing your meme, thank you for your encouragement!
