Simple Things

I found this wonderful idea over at Sylvia's place this afternoon, to help the people in Haiti in a beautiful way. Click on Chris's site and join us in sharing our own Simple Things that make each day special. In doing this post, we are helping people who are in such need.

Post your list or poem if you desire this weekend and include a link to Chris's site. Then stop by her blog to say you’ve posted your “Simple Things.” Post by midnight, Pacific time, Sunday, and don’t forget to link with Chris and to notify her that you’ve posted. You can borrow the “Simple Things” photo. If you don’t have a blog, a comment on her blog will count too if you tell her so.
Together we can do such wonderful things!

My list of sweet simple things.

1. A warm rainy day

2. A cafe late that I wrap my hands around and savor every moment.

3. A wonderful cold martini had with a friend.

4 Laughter, I love love to laugh.

5 Acts of kindness, no matter how small.

6. Hugs from children

7. A beautiful song

8. A positive blood test

9. Holding my cats soft sweet paws.

10. Hearing my husband say that he loves me

Just posting my simple things list, makes me realize how incredibly lucky I am!

  8. What a wonderful list! Children's hugs are the best kind; I'm so lucky that my youngest at least is addicted to hugging people. I wouldn't mind that cold martini either! LOL
