I saw this video on YouTube this morning and it got my body going. So I thought that I would share it with all of you, cause anything that gets my blood boiling on a Monday morning is worth sharing.
I realize that this falls in the "NEWS YOU CAN'T USE" department, but I felt that maybe we could use a break from the current headlines...torture, bombings, a general financial meltdown and the newest, a swine flu pandemic!
